The WZB has an open position for a Data Scientist or Research Software Engineer.
Some requirements are:
Passion for data science and the associated infrastructure;
University degree (Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate) in the field of computer science or a related field (e.g., data science, computer science, scientific computing, mathematics, physics, biology, geosciences);
Experience in developing scientific open-source software;
Experience in handling research data;
High affinity for social, political, and economic issues.
